MCEE3 Digital
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how MCEE3 Digital ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information. It applies to our websites, our email and text message programs, and the credit consulting and financial services we provide to clients.
Because we provide financial services, we are also required by the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act to give clients a specific privacy notice. That notice is included as Part B below.
Part A — General Privacy Policy

Sensitive information. Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, government ID numbers, and credit report contents are treated as sensitive personal information. We collect them only to perform the services you have engaged us for, and we do not use or disclose them for any purpose other than performing those services and complying with law.
2. How We Collect It
- Directly from you — intake forms, consultations, documents you upload or email to us, and phone calls.
- From credit reports and correspondence you provide to us.
- From a referring party, such as an auto dealership or finance office, where you have authorized that party to refer you to us.
- Automatically from our websites through cookies and similar technologies.
We do not pull your credit reports on your behalf. We do not have and do not seek direct access to your credit files at any bureau.
3. How We Use It
- To perform the services described in your services agreement — assessing your credit file, preparing your action plan, and drafting correspondence for you to review, sign, and send.
- To communicate with you about your file, appointments, and account.
- To bill you and process payments for services already delivered.
- To respond to your questions, requests, and complaints.
- To maintain records required by federal and state law, and to comply with legal obligations, subpoenas, audits, and regulatory examinations.
- To secure our systems, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements.
- To send you marketing communications about our services, where you have not opted out.
We do not use your credit report information, Social Security number, or financial account information for marketing, targeted advertising, or profiling of any kind.
4. When We Share It
| Recipient | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Service providers | Companies that host our client portal, process payments, provide email and CRM software, deliver mail, or provide document storage. Each is bound by contract to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us. |
| At your direction | Anyone you specifically instruct us in writing to share your information with — for example, a lender, dealership, or attorney. |
| Legal and regulatory | Courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to establish or defend legal claims. |
| Business transfer | A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy. |
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months.
5. Text Messaging and Email
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you text messages about your account, appointments, and services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
- You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about an active engagement, such as appointment confirmations or billing notices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
6. How We Protect It
- Client files and documents are stored encrypted at rest in our secure client portal. Transmission of documents to and from us is encrypted in transit.
- Access is limited to personnel who need it to perform the services, under written confidentiality obligations.
- We use multi-factor authentication on all systems holding client data.
- Paper documents containing sensitive information are stored in a locked location and shredded when no longer needed.
- We maintain a written information security program consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 314.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable state and federal law.
