SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Milton Copeland III, doing business as "Uncle Million" ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the Uncle Million messaging program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages — such as coaching updates, community invitations, event and live-call reminders, resource delivery, and occasional offers — at the mobile number you provided. These messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You provide your consent to receive text messages by submitting your mobile number through a form on our Site and checking the SMS consent box, or by texting a keyword to our number where offered. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to approximately 4–8 messages per month, depending on your activity and the programs you join.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges will apply to messages you send and receive. Check your mobile plan for details; we are not responsible for these charges.

5. Opt Out — Reply STOP

You can cancel the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further texts unless you opt in again.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

8. Supported Devices & Compatibility

Our messaging program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Compatibility is not guaranteed on all carriers or devices.

9. Your Privacy

Information you provide in connection with the SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

10. Changes to These SMS Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version, which will be posted on this page.
